For many years I have struggled with losing weight , the typical yo-yo dieting which apart from being bad for your body is so demoralising for your mind . I recently finished the four-week CleanseWright Programme.
I joined it because although I generally eat reasonably healthy it was time for a reset and I was suffering from a number of digestive problems including acid reflux and bloating/wind! I also wanted to understand if I had any food intolerances that gave me headaches.
